100m Training Interview with Marc Mangiacotti

Posted by Latif Thomas

The other day I interviewed Marc Mangiacotti on a wide range of topics related to developing 100 meter sprinters.

We had an interesting discussion and the transcribed result is 29 pages of really good ideas and information. I can honestly say I came out of it with some new ideas and I think you will too.

We’re not trying to ‘sell’ the program with the interview. We just got on the phone and talked track for about an hour. You can have the interview, free, by clicking on this link and entering your email address.
