Ask Boo your high jump questions

Posted by Latif Thomas

high jumpAs you know, Coach Schexnayder recently released a series of DVDs dedicated, in large part, to the horizontal jumps. This has led to many questions along the lines of: “But, what about high jump questions?”

Well, my friend, ask and you shall receive. Boo is currently working on a high jump program. It will be similar to his horizontal jumps program, except more in depth and geared toward high school/teenage high jumpers.

I believe the program will be more effective if it is built around your specific questions.

So, if you coach high jumpers, please take a moment to ask Boo your questions.

To your success,

Latif Thomas

P.S. In case you were wondering, if all goes according to plan, the new HJ program will be available before the start of the HS spring track season.

But the quicker you submit your question/s, the sooner we can make the program available to you!
