About the CTF Summer Clinic

This year, 123 sprinters representing 16 U.S. States and five countries, including Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom, joined Complete Track and Field at Harvard University to learn cutting edge sprint training techniques from some of the best coaches in the United States.

Our expert coaches and staff organized smaller group sessions, giving each athlete one-on-one attention while in the blocks, pushing a hurdle or passing a baton. During each session athletes were encouraged to ask questions and request demonstrations of a new drill or sprint exercise.

With sore legs and tired bodies the sprinters returned for day two of the clinic ready to execute explosive drills, rhythm running and wickets. In under 24-hours athletes noticed improvements in their running form and could explain the importance of applying force to the track during a drive phase.

At the end of the clinic sprinters were asked to rate their experience and were asked if they would visit the clinic again next year. For the fifth consecutive year, the sprints group received high ratings and athletes agreed— “The CTF Clinic was well worth it!”

Dave Capuano

Ok. But, How Much Does This Cost?

Athletes paid up to $399.00 to attend the Complete Track and Field Clinic. And the sprints group Sold Out several weeks before the event...for the third year in a row.

Clearly, what our staff is teaching is well worth the tuition to attend. (Not to mention the additional cost of travel, flights, and hotel rooms.)

Now, we're not going to ask you to pay $399.00 for access to these recordings. That would be ridiculous.

But, it wouldn't be fair for us to just give them away, either.

All factors considered, we're making all 3 hours of content available to you for only...
