With so many positive reviews from Scott Christensen’s 800/1600 training Master Class, we’ve been overwhelmed with requests for a similar program geared toward training Cross Country runners.

In order to get such a program created with enough lead time that you can absorb the information, ask your questions and get plan your season, we need to know what questions you have about training your Cross Country runners.
