How to Train 100 Meter Runners

Posted by Latif Thomas

Where I live, spring track officially starts March 21, one week from today. So this week is an important planning week because it sets the foundation for the progressions I’ll use this season.

To help make sure you’re ready to help all of your 100m runners (as well as hurdlers, jumpers and 400 runners) set new personal bests this season, we’re introducing a brand new Master Class from Brown University sprints/hurdles coach Marc Mangiacotti called

‘Building the Perfect 100m Runner From Start to Finish’

And it’s available now.

Personally, I love this program. As I watched it come together over the last couple of months, I’ve gotten more excited about it. And the final product is everything I hoped it would be. Sure, I’ve never seen a better program on developing 100 meter runners. I’ve seen more technical breakdowns of every little movement of guys running sub10 seconds, as well as the ridiculous volumes of work they do spread out over 9 month seasons. But, as a high school coach, that kind of thing doesn’t really help me out. Or my kids.

But this program does reinforce and improve upon many of the things I’m already doing. As far as I’m concerned, it’s Must Have information, especially for the launch price:
–       2.5 hours of instructions including videos of the drills
–       Live Q&A chat session
–       Full 19 week weight room program
–       Full 19 week track workouts progression
–       8 Specific Warm Up routines

That’s a ton of great information.

All for $47. (But you only have until Friday to get this price…though I doubt you’ll be able to wait that long.)

And, like all Master Classes, Coach Mangiacotti is going to hold a Live Q&A chat for the first 150 coaches who order. So if you have questions about training your sprinters, this is a great opportunity to get specific answers to your personal question/s.

Here’s the bottom line with this program:

This is the best 100m training program I’ve ever seen. If I came across it online, I’d pay 5 times the amount and feel good about it.  This is less than $50 and you can start watching it and looking at the progressions in 5 minutes.

I don’t ‘hard sell’ things very often, if ever. But I am with this because I’m that confident it’s worth every penny. So order now, get one of the 150 exclusive Q&A invitations and save 30% off the regular price.
