[Now Available] 5 New Distance Training Programs

Posted by Latif Thomas

We’ve released a total of FIVE new middle distance/distance training programs covering a variety of events and topics.

They’re all created by 30+ year high school coaching veteran and USTFCCCA Lead Endurance Instructor, Scott Christensen.

(You can also take a look at all of Coach Christensen’s other middle distance and distance training programs.)

Most of our programs are ‘complete’ programs; they run several hours and cover the topic/event from soup to nuts.

These programs are comprehensive, but don’t take you down the rabbit hole.  With an average running time of 70-75 minutes, think of them like ‘digital DVDs’, except they’re far better than a DVD because:

A: You can stream them online and/or download the files to your hard drive.
B: You can ask Coach Christensen your training questions.
C: Since they’re digital, you can watch them right after you purchase them. So you don’t have to wait a couple days for them to show up in the mail.

I’ll let you click on the links for more information because I think you’ll agree the titles are self explanatory:

1. Successful Coaching Strategies: 800m (66 minutes)
2. Successful Coaching Strategies: The Mile (76 minutes)
3. Successful Coaching Strategies: 3200m (74 minutes)
4. Speed Development for Distance Runners (83 minutes)
5. Peaking Workouts & Strategies for Distance Runners (70 minutes)

When ordering a single program, simply follow the links above.

If you decide to purchase more than one program, I’ve put ‘packages’ together that will simplify the purchase and registration/access process.

So if you want to get multiple programs, come back to this page and click on the appropriate combination below. This way, once you complete the registration process, all the programs will be available immediately.
